1- 溫泉浴池很大，很好 2- 浴室沒有乾溼分離，地板有防滑片，上下浴池時，仍較容易滑倒 3- 房間的蓮蓬頭水柱受溫泉池影響，若要沖水，就不要放水，水柱會很小 4- 房間桌椅處地板有較明顯灰塵

滿意的住宿體驗，會推薦給親友! 櫃台人員及電話接線人員服務相當專業；車站/轉運站接駁服務很貼心；浴室浴缸水量充足，不需要花太多時間等待；西式早餐分量略少，三明治搭配紅茶；整體環境的清潔度算滿意，但是地板有些頭髮，若可再稍稍加強這部分會更好。
