“Wonderful authentic Ryocan Oncen experience. The entire staff were pleasant, helpful, and polite. The ryocan is located in a beautiful valley that is home to rice paddies and vegetable gardens. The private onsen is a great way to go for the modest ones. The half pension included an authentic and fresh chef’s menu.”

“House clearing is not well and the toilet is with some yellow dirt. However, the staff handles this well and manages another room as replacement. Plus, we have another problem at another renting. The faucet in the bathroom gets stuck so it is not a good experience.”

“房間是禁煙房，但進入房間時滿是煙味，因為佢沒有冷氣的關係，就算開了窗也持續了一條時間，地氈令我們的腳痕癢。泊車位也不足夠，要把車開到比較遠的地方。溫泉是不錯的，食物也可以。”
