“We arrived to find that we had been booked in a sister property because the air conditioning wasn’t working. We were moved to the Quality Inn where the room was very comfortable but the pool, hot tub, and gym were all closed for maintenance. It was disappointing because the desk clerk at the Mountain Inn indicated it was an upgrade because of the nicer facilities.”
