“Hotel has a history and the surrounding environment is nice for sure, the restaurant at 6 floor, facing the seashore and relaxing. Management quality of the hotel can be improved however. Specially, I found a total of around 10 ants at random places over two days in the room. The luggage being said will send to the room, but it never appear after 3 hours. Staffs at reception desks can be nicer and more helpful. ”

“酒店设施新，早餐也很有特色有新鲜种的菜，自己可以用铰剪剪下来自用，有点创意。 酒店适合自驾，老城区或槟城机场需要开车28分钟，如果不自驾住这边有点不方便，但是如果是从怡保过来，那就会近一点。 酒店停车非常方便，而且酒店后面有很多排档，吃东西方便，价格都比老城区便宜点，如果自驾是个不错的选择。酒店总经理要赞一下，国语丶广东话都说的非常好，非常热情的介绍我们去玩的景点跟好吃的餐厅，非常感谢他。”

"I booked this stay thinking it was a hotel, but after booking I was contacted via WhatsApp and found out it operates more like an Airbnb-style accommodation. The location is okay and reasonably convenient. The room was clean and a standard studio layout. However, the air conditioner did not work well. Even with two large ceiling fans, the room stayed hot all night. There were also mosquitoes, and the water tap was leaking, causing a constant dripping sound that made sleeping difficult. The bathroom was clean, but the water heater wasn’t working properly, so there was no hot water. Cold showers, poor AC, and the leaking tap noise made the stay uncomfortable, and I ended up feeling unwell afterward. There is no late check-out, with only a 30-minute grace period. Clean but basic, with several maintenance and comfort issues that significantly reduced the overall experience."
