“The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located, a few minutes walk from the station. Minoh waterfall is nearby. The infinity onsen offers an amazing city view. The morning and dinner buffet feature a wide selection of food. However, the hotel is a bit worn out. There are too many people especially in the restaurant. Too crowded.”
