This hotel is a great option for families and is affordable. The floors unfortunately always left our feet black even right after cleaning. So we always wore socks. The kitchen was not equipped with everything we needed but they did bring us most of what they could to our room. The indoor pool was great but it’s not heated. The suite with a separate bedroom is awesome to put kids into so then you can still stay up and watch tv. The walk to the beach was only 5 minutes. Is a close walk to so many stores too. Appreciated being on ground floor with two kids. Neighbours above us were sometimes noisy but it wasn’t too terrible. Front desk staff was friendly and polite.

The desk clerk at checkin was curt and less than helpful. She was not happy that we had used Expedia to book, instead of booking directly with the Hotel. Fortunately the interaction was short lived.

It was a wonderfully set up suite. Very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable as was the couch. Was only there for one night due to a medical appointment but would definitely stay again and try to enjoy the lovely green area behind the bedroom where there were loungers and a BBQ. Staff very polite and helpful. Enjoyed the Hot Tub and Sauna and if I had more time the pool would have been great as well.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. I loved being able to walk anywhere. I loved the cleanliness of my unit. What I did NOT like, was the cold water in the pool. eek. I did not enjoy the smokers. They are supposed to smoke away from the rooms, but if your smoking by your car, then the smoke travels into the rooms. ALSO I thought the economy room was 116. INCLUDING taxes. But I was charged 116. PLUS tax. who is going to refund me 76.00 Expedia or Siesta.

The Siesta Suites Kelowna are ideally located walking distance to Gryo beach, grocery stores, and restaurants. Their efficiency rooms are spacious, very clean and well accommodated. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Our group also likes the pool, hot tub and sauna facilities. Will definitely stay here again when in Kelowna.
