"Property was cozy and good location. Only problem was air conditioner not working, but staff immediately sent up a fan. It also helped that weather was great outside otherwise it may have been uncomfortable."

"This is an older hotel so furnishings and flooring have been around for awhile but it was clean. The room was very large compared to what the newer hotels give you. The pillows should have been replaced a long time ago. Linens were good quality. The restaurant attached, Oliver’s, had excellent food and service and I appreciated the 15% discount I received for staying at the hotel. I would stay here again as the location is fantastic and it’s a rather stately hotel."

"This is in a great location for walking. I came from SEA-TAC via train ($3) and walked to the hotel. Saved a $60 Uber. Restaurants, coffee, ice cream and a Walgreens all around the corner. The room was on the small side. It was great for one. Might be tight for two with luggage. They had lockers and a small lounge downstairs. I really enjoyed my stay and the price point was perfect. Staff was very Friendly."

"Located two blocks away from Pike Place Market. Room is a small apartment set up. The entrance area and apartment are showing some age defects. Bedroom is a little tight near the window."
