“マラ川に沿って建っていて一日中野性のカバが見られるので決めました。 夜もカバが聞いたことの無い声で鳴いていて笑えました。 食事は3回ともコースで沢山出ました。 スタッフもとても親切で楽しく過ごせました。 ただ、野性動物優先で大切にしているので良いのですが、カバが敷地に入ってこないように電線が張り巡らされていて、夜もカバを見られるようにライトアップがあります。 自家発電なので人に回る？電気が少なく１日のうち4時間半しか電気がつかなかったのは不便でした。 ネットは全く使えなかったので知り合いが生きてるの？って国際電話をかけてきました。 せめて夕方から夜には電気が欲しいです。”

“The staff are amazingly helpful, polite and friendly. They made us feel incredibly welcome despite our very late arrival. The waterhole, good and service are great and this has been our experience in Kenya so far. Love the overnight buzzer system which alerts you based on number of buzzes as to which animals have arrived at the waterhole The Ark needs new windows and the shower takes a while to warm up. It is cozy though with the big log fire and the thoughtful provision of hot water bottles……

“It’s a great unique open space with interesting landscape (both natural and curated). They were doing quite a bit of landscape work while we were there which created some noise and a lot of staff moving about during the day, but it was very quiet and peaceful at night.”

“I loved the hotel and some of the best and most attentive service anywhere I've ever stayed. The signposting to the camp needs drastic improvement (my taxi got lost which I understood) and the road to get there is dreadful. The accommodation is fabulous and I slept so well. The hotel has an Indian owner and most of the guests were Indian, either from India or local. The way they spoke to and disrespectfully treated the staff was shocking and entirely unacceptable. There needs to be a sign……

“If you want a great experience in the Maasai Mara then you must stay here. My wife and I stayed at the Naserian Mara Camp for our honeymoon during late September of 2023. Our stay was everything and then some. We saw the Big 5, Hot Air Ballooned over the Mara, ate breakfast in the bush, drank champagne under the stars, saw Kisaru, the baddest cheetah in history, and her baby cubs, got treated like royalty, and had the time of our lives.
