“The staff at this hotel was phenomenal. However, the hotel has a stench. The first one we were in smelled damp. I looked under the window seal and it was mold. No type of discount for inconvenience. 2nd room bathroom door didn’t close and we seen a giant cockroach. Shower was dingy and mildew on curtains.
Breakfast was good. Pool was great for the kids.”

“No breakfast due to no permit. Something weird happened with my check-in…someone else was checked into our room when we got there. After a half an hour and last midnight, it was not resolved, so they let us use another room. Room was dumpy, hard mattress and sheets smelled. I would chose the other hotels in area instead of this one next time.”
