“The lodge was wonderful and we had a beautiful view of the ocean from our room. We also appreciated the laundry facilities. However, when we first arrived, there two very unfriendly (bordering on rude) employees at the front desk. The person on the desk later was much better.”

“It’s terrible, checked in and out within 20 minutes. Definitely stayed in some less than ideal places. This was an absolute disaster. ”

“Room was basic as expected, 1st night (Monday) everything was fine the next morning there was no hot water. I was given an upgraded room but hot water still not working. The boiler was down and staff said they had issues for a bit. Tuesday night still no hot water and was assured it would be fixed in "20" minutes. Then the heat went. Overnights were in the 40's. Again I was assured it would be fixed. Wednesday still not hot water or heat. Still working on it. Thursday "no shower since……
