“What a monumental disappointment. No bathroom in the room, no AC. Terrible staff. I mean she (or they) couldn’t care less that I was there. The person made Checking in seem like a giant inconvenience to them. Then when I asked about AC it was like I was a jerk for even thinking about it, never mind it was 85° out. Then they begrudgingly passed me a fan. There are no bathrooms in the room. They need to spell that out on the front page, because I didn’t know about it until I got there. No……
