The room was clean and big enough. Bathroom was very clean and well kept. TV and fridge worked great. A/C and heater worked very good too. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. I'd recommend it. The only con: I wish it was closer to WWU campus.

The staff were amazing and the hotel was clean and comfortable despite the renovations in progress. Only issue was a we had a little bit of a hard time finding good places to eat nearby. Nothing for breakfast places and all the nearby restaurants close really early, maybe because it was off season, might be better in the summer

Liked the property close to north Cascades. Walking paths on property. Cabin was perfect. Only thing missing was an ice machine

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated that almond milk was available and that a frozen vegan meal could be purchased. It would be helpful to have more clearly labeled breakfast items for guests with allergies or dietary restrictions. The staff tried to check ingredient information when asked, which I appreciated. There was some cross contamination since the potatoes and ham were served on the same heated plate. Adding vegan spreads or yogurt, and listing ingredients for bagels and bread, would make breakfast more inclusive.
