Unit 302’s floor to ceiling ocean-facing windows and sliding door provides a million-dollar view from the kitchen, living and dining area and the lanai! It is one of the larger 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath units (680 sq ft). The view of the ocean and its abundant wildlife is absolutely breathtaking!

This condo is fully equipped with fresh linens and towels, hair dryer, iron/ironing board. All units have beach towels and a cooler. Umbrellas and snorkel gear are not supplied, but are often left behind in the units by other guests – no guarantees. The Kihei Surfside office loans out beach chairs free of charge during regular business hours - Monday to Saturday. Office is closed Sundays and Holidays.
The unit has free wireless high-speed internet and free long distance calling to the United States and Canada. It is also equipped with a state-of-the-art Oracode door lock, whereby each guest is issued a unique code which controls the door only during their stay. No keys!
