“First room 222 the door didn’t lock and window could be slide open from inside second room the inside door handle was broken the people ubove me were loud and disrespectful office didn’t do nothing about it and wouldn’t refund my money also has bed bugs and roaches ”

En nuestra habitación el inodoro no drenaba bien el agua y la puerta principal no funcionaba la llave, tuvimos que cambiar la tarjeta como 5 veces y no funcionaba hasta que alguien vino y abrió la puerta con un aparato. ”

“Room was clean, bed was comfortable, air worked great in room, breakfast was good. Easy to get too and there is a driveway to the back of Walmart and Sam’s so that it is easy to get to those if you need something. ”

“Super clean room. Management was great. Located close to Walmart and a couple of fast food places. It was a great room and stay.”

“Just a normal business hotel, nothing special but all service engage, the hotel located in freeway side and find out foods/drinks and basic staffs very easy”

“Went to Texas for a funeral. Decided to give this hotel another try because we already had issues in the past. The room was ok except it smelled like mildew. Then after a long drive and even longer day, there was no hot water. Front desk said maintenance was offsite and nothing could be done. So had to go to family house to shower. Saturday prior to funeral at 11 AM shower was still cold. Nothing done. Right before checking out to go back to Ohio, AGAIN SHOWER WAS COLD. front desk said they were……
