Perfect fully stocked OBX family vacation home in a private cul-de-sac located at Kill Devil Hills 6th milepost within walking distance to the beach.

House has everything you need! Including: linens and towels, gas grill, 2 beach cruiser bikes, outdoor shower, corn hole boards and bags, hot tub (raised on deck), covered and uncovered deck areas, deck furniture/chairs/tables, 6 beach chairs, Washer/Dryer, Books and Games, Dog Treats, Doggie Poop bags

Property is professionally cleaned and disinfected between every stay. All linens and towels are cleaned and provided for renters. Beds are made and ready for your arrival. Stocked with all kitchen/bathroom essentials and paper products including:
- 12-cup Coffee Maker
- Single-cup Keurig
- Pots/Pans
- Baking sheets
- Utensils
- Microwave
- Toaster
- Refrigerator/Freezer

Great Vacation!
Really enjoyed our stay at this house. Basically walk out the door and a short walk to one end of the road is the bay and the other end is the public access to the beach! Appreciated having the beach chairs and bikes available for use. House is clean and as described - very comfortable hanging out inside on rainy days. The owners were really easy to communicate with and very friendly. The neighborhood was nice and liked that there was a traffic light at the intersection with the highway (made life easier when needing to drive anywhere).

The location was really good for us. I was able to do my runs along the sound side path and we could walk to Target or the beach if we wanted. It's easy to drive to places going north or south. Very close to Wrights Bros Memorial and Jockey's Ridge. The kitchen was well-stocked and it was very nice having everything provided (including linens) when so many other places charge extra for that. We loved bringing our pup along and we did get to enjoy the hot tub. It was a good size for 4 adults and 2 small kids. Games to choose from and tvs in every room were nice pluses.

Bryan was super helpful and responsive. The house was well equipped with essentials. Hot tub was clean, the neighbors here are also very nice and welcoming. The downstairs washer room has everything you need for beach life. Would stay again for sure. Every room has its own TV that you can use Air play for or steaming services, internet also was high speed if you are working from the location.
