"There is almost never anyone at reception so you have to wait five or 10 minutes. I booked a privilege room that supposed to have free bottles of water in the fridge. There were none, I called reception and asked for some to be brought to me, nothing happened. On my way out two hours later, I spoke to a different person at reception who was quite polite and told me she will ask house keeping again. I was very surprised that in the 24 hours I was in the hotel, I didn’t have any water whatsoever. Terrible in my view. The air conditioning in my room didn’t work in the hottest weekend of the year. All in all, very disappointed."
