“I've stayed at a few Premier Inns throughout the UK and I'm sad to say this was the worst. Two positive comments I can make: the staff were friendly and helpful, which counts for something, and the beds were comfortable. But the property smells of damp, the free Wi-Fi sucks, the cold water in the sink didn't work (only scalding hot) so we had to brush our teeth in the shower, everywhere in the place feels beat-up and grimy, and the only way to get air to circulate in the rooms was by opening the……

“The location is exceptional, situated in close proximity to Paddington station. However, I was unaware that every underground pass causes the entire room to vibrate. It is possible that this is due to my room being situated on the ground floor. Additionally, my room is conveniently located near a coffee machine. Even when guests check in at 1:00 AM, the reception staff remains remarkably friendly and provides directions to the coffee machine. Furthermore, I am able to hear all conversations……
