Unfortunately not worth it. Fairly accessible. The room was in order but smelled like a wet dog, animal urine and unclean. It was bad.There was a thick undisturbed coating of dust on every surface and around the tv. The bedding smelled incredibly gross, dirty and THOROUGHLY used. Arrived after 7:30 pm, thankfully check-in and the male staff was a breeze with a smile. I paid an extra $100 deposit with my debit. One gas station 10 mins left. There was a Md fridge in the room. Every time we opened the door it sucked the large bathroom screen out and sprawled it. Exposing long-term filth, nests, wasps, SPIDERS, lol. We hesitantly put it back each time. Ordered a late dinner, expensive and under portioned, actively mouth breathing to sleep. 5 am, turned tv on for music but our wifi was out. Couldn't get to staff until 5pm and my daughter was stuck entire day with no wifi or t.v.. She did go to and explained the situation. They immediately without a thought said that it was working. Back and forth a few mins. My daughter is very timid so, confused, said disagreed, insisted it worked and that was the end of Wifi and TV for the weekend. Check out, 11am, to get our deposit and run to our 8 hr bus home. Locked until we left the keys an hr later. Expedia said already refunded. NOPE. Gave it a week, 2 unread messages and call. She said had to go there and tap card. We are 8 hrs away. Argued. Finally told to email info to have cheque mailed. 5 weeks later and nothing.

Bed was comfortable and clean. AC did not work well. Carpet and curtains were old and need to be replaced. Faucet in bathroom is loose. Rooms should be cheaper given the condition

The room was musty and in need of upkeep. Lamp did not work for one. Door security lock was not working (misaligned deadbolt). Not worth $100 / night that I paid.

Terrible experience, dirty motel, sheets were not even washed, towels had hair on them, stinky as someone had recently pee , dusty, faulty lock, dirty wiped mirror and tv, filthy curtains, dirty furniture, stinky sheets, stained bed sheet and pillow cowers had dried food on it. Air conditioner as loud as a jet plane . I am luck i survived the night There.

Very uncomfortable bed, with a metal frame that extended out under the bed at shin height. Ouch. The AC unit leaked. The table lamp didn’t work. The TV screen couldn’t be viewed on the left hand side. The one remote batteries were dead. I don’t like to make a fuss but I did expect a bit better for the money it cost.

The front desk person was friendly and the bed was comfortable enough, but the room smelled strongly of old cigarettes, the air conditioning unit was very noisy, there were stains in the bathroom - but the room itself was clean. If this room was $75/night, then I would say - good value - but at over $230/night, I felt ripped off and don't plan on returning

My stay at the Countryside Inn was perfectly fine for what I needed, just a room for a night to attend an event close to Kingston. The bed was comfortable and clean, the shower had good water pressure. The room did have a bit of a smell, like it used to be a smoking room before and the smell still lingers.
