"My room was supposed to be 25sqm but didn't feel like it was that big, and definitely did not look like in the photos. Also, housekeeping just dumped our pajamas on the bed in a pile, never bothered to fold or hang them up. On my first day, I had actually already folded up our PJs neatly and left on the bed, when I came back they were jumbled together in a mess. I've honestly never encountered such housekeeping before. Also, hotel is not as close to the JR station as everybody else claims. It is actually a building behind the Yodabashi shopping center, which is across the road from the JR station. Walking on the Linkway took 10min, not 5min, with a very young child, took us 15min each way every day. The airport limo bus stops at the hotel during certain hours when you are arriving from the airport. But to depart to the airport, you will have to board from a different station which is 5minutes walk away."
