“As soon as you walk through the doors you feel a sense of calm and serenity . There is music playing and beautiful fragrance in the air in the reception area . “Good location with nice view. 20mins walk to Old city. Ok with the amenities. However it is an old fashion hotel with rude staff.”

“The staff of male constantly told me he is not working when that day was Saturday the Shabbat stated, but before that Shabbat started, a woman staff did not give the key that can open the front door, she also didn’t give me the door code to open the door. Nor even tell me the coffee was available. Shabbat is not something that couldn’t simply answer question by one few words if you operate a hostel business for public to use it in Shabbat time.
