“We had one night at Alpdeluxe Appartments. It was the nicest accommodation we have had on this trip to Austria. Everything was new looking, super clean room, very comfy beds, beautiful bathroom. The room was like a studio apartment with full kitchen and its own balcony. The staff were amazing! Super friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. Great choice of cereals and fruit, delicious yoghurts, fresh rolls, cheeses, ham, salami, peppers, cucumber, juice, good tea selection, great……

“An incredibly satisfying experience staying at this beautiful place. The personel was very friendly and helpful. The check in and out process was smooth and we even got great recommendations for dinner nearby. The room was cosy and clean with everything we needed. The spa is incredible, including swimming pool, an “erlebnis” shower, sauna, and steam bath. We would definitely come back some time.”

“The hotel/facility was as described, nothing special but fine, check-in was easy and simple, however I made a mistake when booking (e.g., selecting 1 adult per room rather than 2) which resulted in additional charges during check out. However, the additional charges removed the booking fees from Hotels.com which resulted in a higher open amount. I reached out to Alpine Lodge which they promptly responded but then stopped communicating and did not fix the error after 3 weeks. This resulted in……

“Top Zimmer, sehr sauber. Bequeme Betten, Fußbodenheizung, schönes kleines Bad. Nur wenig Platz for Gepäck, zu viert wird dann schon sportlich. Und der Campingplatz hat keinen Shop, nur ein Restaurant(nicht getestet), aber Supermarkt in 15min Fußweg. Alles in allem Top Aufenthalt. 👍”

“Wunderschönes, gemütliches Studio-Apartment in guter und ruhiger Lage. Die Schlüsselübergabe war anfangs stolpern aber unkompliziert geregelt. die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!”

“We had some difficulties with the lock when we arrived but the property owner caller her cleaner and we figured out its a bit of a trick lock and we were in quickly. Amazing host here ! The views were amazing and parking was right at the house. In this heatwave it was warm for us with no ac or fans ( Canadians, we are not used to the heat and how strong the sun is ) we also mis understood the "washer" thinkingbit was laundry when it was in fact a dishwasher. Our mistake not theirs . Great……
