“Todo excelente, tanto personal como instalaciones.”

“Consistently high standard with excellent staff and facilities. A bit more expensive than a suburban motel but more spacious.”

“Nice place, comfortable beds and spacious rooms, friendly staff.”

“Great place”

“Clean and spacious room. Hotel is located near to Railway Station, shops and several restaurants.”

“We had a 1 bed apartment, it had a very good sized lounge area, plenty of storage space in the bedroom, and a well equipped kitchen. We were not flying until late and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and organised a later check out and luggage storage. We have stayed in Brighton before at a different apartment, but would happily stay here again, and recommend it.”

“Great location with lots of restaurants, bars and cafes close by. My executive studio was so spacious and had everything I needed for a two night stay. The staff were great, letting me check in early and check out a little later. Will stay here again next time I'm back”

“很好”

“Ive stayed here a few times. The rooms are spacious and face out over a lovely park with a balcony to relax on. Nice design inside with lots of light. Walk to everything. Its my go to accomm when Im in Frankston, although getting a bit more pricey of late.”

“Great place to stay.”

“Very basic hotel on a busy freeway. Our shower was cold and when I called reception to let them know of this issue they said they would send the manager but he didn’t come or follow it up on anyway. The view from our ground level triple room was of the back of a shed with rubbish. The rooms have been renovated but the building is old and the staff were not very helpful.”

“excellent service and breakfast”

“Un hotel "boutique", según, nada más inapropiado para esa designación. Más parecido a un Bates Motel. Un olor horrible en el cuarto, imposible saber a qué. Lejos de todo. Una noche, tarde, llegué y estaba desprogramada la llave electrónica del cuarto; un rollo para resolverlo, pues no hay nadie en recepción. Trato rudo. Sólo se salva un muchacho colombiano que ahí labora. Un desastre.”

“Always lovely staff at this hotel. We had an issue with the room, they promptly allocated us to an upgraded room for the balance of our stay.”
