“Planned a surprise 80th bday party for my mom in her hometown. Stayed here and they were nice enough to let us stay past check out time the day of the surprise. The condo was nice and roomy. Looking forward to coming back with friends during golf season. ”

“This would be a great rental for half what we paid for it. Would not stay again.The property looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 1980s but it is well maintained and mostly clean. The owner provided shampoo, dish detergent, plenty of towels, and the kitchen was pretty well equipped. We did see a couple of cockroaches, which was not pleasant.The pool hours pretty much precluded us from going. “The check in/out process was very simple. The neighborhood was very quiet. We had difficulty finding parking Friday & Saturday evening. Speeding on Clubhouse Drive seemed to be normal which concerned us because we had to cross the road with our 5 month old puppy and being disabled, I am not able to move very quickly. The home itself was not very homey. There were floor to ceiling cobwebs in the bathroom with the bathtub. All of the overhead lighting fixtures had dead flys/bugs in them. When we……

“We have stayed at this Vrbo condo twice, and while the location itself is nice, our experience has been disappointing both times because the advertised amenities were not available. The listing stated that guests would have access to Apple Valley’s pools and beaches, which was one of the main reasons we booked this property for our family vacation.Unfortunately, during both stays, we were unable to access the pools or beaches. This time, we did receive a refund for the pass at The Pines of Apple……
