The best area to stay in Kosharitsa is within the main village center or slightly uphill for elevated views. The village center offers a traditional Bulgarian experience, with local shops, small restaurants, and the main church. It's a compact area where you can easily walk to find local produce or a meal. This area is good for travelers who enjoy a quiet setting and want to experience local life away from the more tourist-heavy coastal resorts. For those seeking more expansive views and a slightly more secluded feel, the areas just above the village center, on the slopes of the Balkan Mountains, are ideal. Many accommodations here are designed to take advantage of the elevated position, offering panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and even glimpses of the Black Sea in the distance.

The best time to visit Kosharitsa is during the late spring (May to early June) or early autumn (September to early October) for pleasant weather and fewer crowds.During these shoulder seasons, the weather is comfortably warm, ideal for outdoor activities like hiking or exploring the nearby coast without the intense summer heat. You'll find that many local businesses are open, but the area is less crowded than in the peak summer months, allowing for a more relaxed experience. This period is particularly good for couples seeking a tranquil escape with opportunities for both relaxation and exploration. For families planning a beach-focused holiday, the peak summer months of July and August offer the warmest sea temperatures and a full array of resort activities. While it's the busiest time, the convenience of direct access to the Black Sea beaches and family-friendly attractions in nearby Sunny Beach makes it a popular choice.
