“We loved our stay at Sol Luna Bay!! Thank you! We felt like every day the hotel was exceeding our expectations. The animation staff was amazing, and our kids loved the mini kids club! There was always something to o for them.We happened to stay at the hotel while our son was turning 5\. To our surprise he received some treats from the hotel with a heartwarming note! The hotel was always clean and well maintained. There was a big variety of food, fresh and delicious. All five members of our family……

“The hotel is modern, stylish, and offers everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The dining experience is excellent, with a wide variety of options to satisfy all tastes, and food and drinks are available throughout the day at multiple locations. Cleanliness is outstanding—staff are constantly maintaining public areas, which always look immaculate. The staff are also very helpful and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. We visited in September when the atmosphere was calm and……

“Sogut wie keine Kommunikation möglich, weder in Englisch noch in Deutsch. Eintöniges Büfettessen und wenig getränkeauswahl. Das 4 sterne Hotel wäre in Deutschland höchstens 2 sterne. Einzig positive ist der Standort, fast im Zentrum von sunny beach.”

“Hotel lobby and lobby bar staff was very friendly. Staff in the top restaurant was mainly very unfriendly, we didn't feel welcome there at all. Hotel was nice and clean but the floor of our Hotel room was very dirty during our stay. It should be vacuumed daily in the summer time. Also shower was a bit mouldy. Food was mainly good. Location very nice, it was easy to walk everywhere. Room was nice and quiet and the Air conditioning worked perfectly. ”
