“The cottage has everything a family needs but the communications around check-in was very poor and hotels.com's customer service was unwilling to provide any assistance. I would have thought some level of quality control helped justify hotels.com's commission. Either way, the cottage is managed by the building next door and this is where you need to go to collect the key. ”

“This property was the ice cream to our trip- the property was beautifully built, maintained and allows for the best possible mountain view from the base. The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If you’ve got the money- splurge and do it! Watching the first snow fall from the panoramic windows was one of the highlights of our trip! ”

“Excellent. Nice and clean. Convenience place in Hakuba. Only drawback is master bed room close to main road. Could be a bit noisy.”

"- there are stairs in front of the lobby. although there's a escalator but its not opened. so be aware if you have large luggages - toilet renovated while the rest of room and other area of hotel show its ages - my room door isn't auto locked when closed. require manual locking by myself - very convenient location"
