“El desayuno buffet esta variado y fresco y el hotel esta bien ubicado con habitaciones modernas y limpias,sin embargo el aire acondicionado en las habitaciones estaba fuera de servicio”

“In a very good yet quiet location. Excellent staff. We were made to feel extremely welcome and the proprietor gave us a map of the city and explained where everything of Interest could be found. The rooms exceeded my expectations. The beds were comfortable with crisp linen and whilst it was quite basic accommodation, it had everything needed for a couple of nights. The bathroom was quite large and had a powerful shower. You may want to take your own toiletries though. Good WiFi. Downstairs……

“Todo muy bien, la única pega es que no cuenta con ascensor. Y nos tocó subir muchas plantas hasta la habitación 9. La cama blanda pero cómoda. Todo muy limpio y la habitación amplia. A mejorar, quizás fuese solo puntual, que las toallas olían mal, como a humedad , la típica olor que se queda cuando te lavas la cara o te duchas. Por lo demás todo bien”

“We were only there for a short night. We were able to find parking on the street. We arrived after 10pm, so I contacted the hotel and they waited for our arrival. Room was exactly as described. Check out was simple.”

“j ai trouvé le logement agréable mais un petit problème avec la climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas très bien.je j avais pas beaucoup de froid.ensuite je vous recommande lorsque vous prenez une chambre demander au personnel qu il vous donne une chambre côté arrière de o.hitel et non pas a l'avant de o.hitel qui est linge par un boulevard a 2 fois 2 voies donc bruit automobile et passage de piétons donc bruyant.j ai comparé avec mon frère qui. au la chambre a l.arriere de l hôtel et kil m'a dit……

“Great theming in the resort, great to get park tickets included in our stay, but the resort was under staffed and staff often came across as rude and unhelpful, checkin was over 40 minute wait, poor ac throughout the complex, especially in the rooms - we did pick this up on resort and were told maintenance would be sent, they never arrived. Minimal info provided at checkin, €2 per towel for hire plus €15 euro deposit which we had to collect from reception, again over 10 minutes wait for this. We……
