“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. Staff service and……

“Although the hotel was under construction, it does not excuse the fact that my room smelled like onions. I left thinking that I had pink eye as a result of the strong horrific smell of my room. The staff was very friendly and parking was great.”

“Absolutely beautiful suite room, stunning kitchenette with dishes, cozy and spacious bathroom, very comfortable bed, enjoyable stay overall for a family of 3! Delicious smell in the hotel, especially in the floor carpeting area. There’s a small gym there. P.s. sofa is fine for a kid but might not be suitable for an adult, quite soft comparing with the queen bed. Worthy place, no doubt!”
