“I rented room 117. The shower control knob was broken and I was unable to control the temperature of the water. I was unable to shower. I brought it to the front desk attention. I ask for a partial refund. The woman was not helpful. She said maintenance would have to look into it. She could have walked to the room to see for herself. I never heard from them again. No partial refund. A few days later I tried calling them and they did not pick up the phone. Contacted Expedia and they……

“It was clean. Very aged building and very unmatched furniture. No phone in the room. Not what I expected from an Expedia supported property. The TV only carried basic TV so only very few local channels and no national news channels that I could find. Some choices just came up “unavailable “. The TV was so large it took up most of the wall. I could not read the room #on the key fob and had to go back to tell me the room number again. ”

“They refused to accept the reservation I made with Expedia for $445.40 and charged me $480.10. They said I should seek a refund from Expedia and that Expedia miscalculated their fees and taxes. Please do not pay them any of my Expedia credits and reimburse me $34.70.”

“The inside of the property was beautiful, lots of room for everyone to sit around and visit. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We were there the middle of June and the upstairs rooms got very warm. There is a AC unit in the loft between the rooms but it was not very helpful. The smaller bedroom with twin beds has no window or much air circulation. The mattresses in the room are very firm and not comfortable to sleep on. The other rooms were great.”
