“This property doesn’t appear to be legal in the county. Very small house which I figured. It is shared with other people in the same house but separate. Very bad area. I wouldn’t even check in. Very disappointed. ”

Although I didnt use them, the place has all the amenities needed including a washer and dryer, full kitchen and appliances. The host was very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this place.”

“Unit is uniquely positioned in the backyard of a primary residence. It does have a private entry, but you have to walk through the side yard of the main home to get there. Once inside it is nice and they provide all the amenities that a hotel would. If you are looking for a simple place close to the beach, this is your spot. ”

“The host was responsive during the stay. There was an issue with the hot tub that was resolved. The outdoor furniture was left uncovered which made it almost impossible to sit on because it was always dirty and wet. Neighbors were nice and quiet. Temps got cold and thermostat was locked for a couple of days so we had ac on when we needed heat. Then it warmed up and we needed the air back. I wish we had full control the whole time. There were certain areas of the home that felt clean and others……
