“We did not receive an email with check-in instructions, such as the room information and access codes, in advance, so I had to contact the property. It would have been helpful if they had sent us a property map beforehand. We had to visit several buildings to find ours. "This was by far the most comfortable stay of my trip. Check-in was a breeze and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Both the room and the bathroom were very spacious and spotlessly clean. The room featured a sofa, a large table, and a convenient kitchenette with a microwave, basic tableware, and a sink—making it super easy to heat up food when you get hungry. The resort fee included breakfast, which was varied, delicious, and surprisingly great by US standards. The only minor downside was that parking was valet-only. Although the service was great and included in-and-out privileges, it’s still slightly less convenient than self-parking. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would definitely consider staying here again."
