“This was a beautiful unit. Just like the pictures”

“Upon our arrival, we noticed that the parking lot needed repairs. The buildings were old and in need of renovation. We had to navigate through a narrow alleyway at the back of the building to reach the staircase leading to our rental unit. When we entered the unit, it was clean; however, the sofa was old, and the cushions were sagging. A black shag throw rug in the bedroom was particularly off-putting. The bedroom had two dimly lit lamps and lacked a proper dresser, though there was a small……

“Condo was clean. We were able to check in early which was great! Water pressure in master shower is poor and could not wash hair in there, had to switch to other bathroom. No big deal. Could be better stocked with utensils, dishwasher soap, and towels. 4 towels and 3 wash cloths for 4 people. Don’t let outside of building fool you, condo itself was nice. Overall, a pleasant stay. ”

“Our getaway was perfect in every way! The space was immaculate, private, well appointed and cozy. It was located in an adorable, historic and walkable section of Sarasota. Our host Christie was friendly and accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed. She went out of her way to ensure we knew where all of the amenities were (laundry and dog wash station, etc.). We were traveling with our 2 dogs, which can be stressful, but she immediately put us at ease. We so appreciated her……

“Great location. Owner was quickly responsive. Quite area. Reasonably priced.”

“I can’t breathe enough about how convenient this place is to the beach and the bars and restaurants and the community. It was very nice very clean beautiful spot. The only downfall was the check-in. I’m old school and you have to do this lockbox thing and we weren’t used to that but other than that the Jacuzzi was really hot, but it didn’t bubble it just shot out hot water from the jets which really wasn’t what I wanted so the Jacuzzi could’ve been better and the biggest complaint was there is……

“Excellent beautiful”

“Upon arrival , the deck is in terrible shape and dirty, furniture is rusty and seating pads are moldy and torn. Going into the residence, things were “in order”, but were dusty and floors were stained and dirty, also there was no place to put your toiletries ( hanging up towels after use, no place for tooth cleaning, or hairbrush etc..), Also, we had a problem with the wi fi, came back on Wed. No internet, reached out to host was told it was an outage, would be taken care of, on Thursday , he……
