“The hotel was very clean, good customer service, and very convenient close to the beach.”

“I made a reservation for a double room . When I got there they gave me a handicap room and said that was the room I reserved but it wasn’t. The front desk person was very rude and refused to help me even after I told her and showed her my reservation she said there was nothing they could do . She said she didn’t know why it was handicap room when the reservation was for a regular room. I was very upset and disappointed but they didn’t care.”

“This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.”

“Besides the location, the hotel offered free breakfast, water, beach chairs and umbrellas to use. Every staff member was attentive and pleasant. Great place to stay.”

“A hidden gem in Venice. If you want chic and modern then this isn't for you, if you want laid back and Key West style then you have found the place for you.”

“Room was clean and comfy. Pool area was nice, but lounge chairs have seen better days. Breakfast was good, but I’d love it if they brought bacon back.”
