“The room I was given was much smaller than what was shown in the photos. I specifically booked this property because it advertised workspace suitable for a virtual interview, but the room did not meet that expectation. Cleanliness was also an issue and there was hair everywhere and the towels provided were unusually small. When I raised these concerns, staff were unhelpful and at times dismissive. My concerns were not addressed, and I was told to adjust my tone rather than receiving assistance.……
