The only problem we had was that we had requested a ground floor room. But when we arrived our room was on 2nd floor. We got a ground floor room only because a nice lady switched rooms with us. We had planned on 3 nights but we're only able to stay 2 nights. We had to pay extra charges & had less time. However the housekeeper was very nice. She gave us softer pillows, because pillows the 1st night were like sleeping on a brick. Slept much better 2nd night. All in all it was a very nice hitel

Though the property is a little out of date with decor, we loved the cozy feel of the room and appreciated how very clean our room was. The location was ideal for the Sight and Sound Theater, as well as Lancaster and the surrounding areas. Would stay there again.

We have stayed here several times before and always found it reasonably priced and very convenient to all the local attractions. The only thing we didn’t like was that when we booked it on Expedia, we could pay at check-in, but they charged my card the day before we got there. I had booked two rooms. One for my wife & I and one for my cousin and her husband so we could each pay at check-in for our own room. This was a minor inconvenience but we can work it out later.

Unfortunately the staff was not helpful. The only one person available left early and told us they just ran out of supplies, conditioner, coffee etc. They had no bath towels ( basically hand towels ) and no drinking water even for purchase. For the price paid on a wkend we were very unsatisfied.

Decorated as an old country inn and felt very homey. Comfy beds, pretty quiet even with the street facing window open, we wanted fresh air. Very clean, friendly staff. Very affordable and the best hotel deal I've ever had. If I were ever to return to the area I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.
