Property was tidy, code was given on day, parking space available with permit left on table, beds comfy, powerful shower. Quite area, floorboards are loose which rattles the floor and wardrobes. Don't know about area. No teabags or milk so bring your own. Thank you for the stay much appreciated. ”

“Visited The Mansion House in Holbeach to attended the Heritage festival at weekend at Sandringham. Stayed for 6 nights. Really lovely hotel, run by an amazing couple Sam & Richard. Nothing is a bother for them. They go above and beyond. Car park areas for approx 3 cars at hotel, but they also have another larger car park area essentially just around corner. Always got parked there too. We stayed in the Deluxe Double Rooms with Ensuite with wonderful showers. Really lovely……

“This is a little gem of a hotel situated only a 10-15 min walk from Boston town centre. From the moment we arrived we were looked after. It was our base for the Bank Holiday weekend. The room was lovely, with great facilities including a fridge and large TV, as well as a comfortable bed. Breakfast was included and was a fantastic selection for a continental style breakfast. The housekeeper was very friendly and gave us what we needed. A budget hotel with the price tag, but definitely not the……
