“The Holiday Inn in Lansing, IL, was very clean, and the staff was excellent. The breakfast in the morning was a full-course meal and quite enjoyable. However, on the first night, a guest on the second floor was very noisy with loud music, and no one from the front desk addressed the issue. As a result, I couldn't sleep well that night. Aside from that, everything was quiet, and parking appeared to be safe.”

“The fresh look online does not support what you see in person. New paint but repair marks seen through on walls, baseboards and doors. The room furniture was tore and wore. down. The hallways were unkept and smell like pee. We couldn’t even get extra towels cause no full- time house keeper.”
