Much better than my first impression
"I was a little worried when I first pulled in because it looked a bit desolate, tucked up under the shadow of a freeway, but the person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. "The only complaint i really have is after paying all that money for the room i find it outrageous that you then have to turn around and pay 25.00 to park in this hotels parking lot that you just paid to stay in. The hotel is clean, staff was nice and breakfast was decent."

Yes, the majority of room reservations are fully refundable provided that you cancel before the hotel’s cancellation deadline, which in most cases is within 24 or 48 hours of your check-in date. If you have a reservation that's non-refundable, you might still have the option to cancel and be given a refund within 24 hours of booking. "The gentleman working the front desk during my stay was amazing. We were only there for a few hours due to missing a connecting flight and he knew the exact times that the shuttle to the airport ran and even informed us in thw morning that it was running late due to flooding. 10/10 he deserves a raise.
