Initially there was a slight issue - the property manager/team informed us the previous tenant had left a severe mess and had smoked in the property so they had to purify and clean more than expected. With this, our check in was delayed by about a half hour - despite the fact this was a fairly small inconvenience, they remained communicative and provided a partial credit to us.The property itself had some very small issues - a mess in the freezer, dusty tables, the like - but overall everything important was very well cleaned, organized, and spacious. I'd give the property itself an 8/10.Ultimately, I give the absolute highest marks for the property manager/team's service.
