"My 20th+ time stay—outstanding personal service that keeps me coming back! I have stayed at the Hanoi Daewoo Hotel more than twenty times now, and each visit only gets better. For last many trips, I stayed in a Club Room, and once again, the experience was absolutely flawless. What truly sets this hotel apart is its incredible team. The staff members are exceptionally friendly, warm, and deeply caring. The service here is highly personal—I love that the staff acknowledges me by name, which makes every interaction feel incredibly special and memorable. Even the small details are handled with immense care. For instance, whenever I walk through the lobby, the staff always makes sure to personally call and open the lift for me. That same exceptional hospitality extends upstairs to the Club Lounge. The lounge team took such wonderful care of me, anticipating my needs with genuine warmth and helpfulness. If you want top-tier service, fantastic amenities, and a team that genuinely cares about your experience, I cannot recommend the Daewoo enough."

"We booked two rooms at the Aira for six nights. Before we arrived we needed to extend the stay, and the team took care of it with no issue at all. The communication leading up to the trip was great, which got things off on the right foot. The staff helped us out at every turn. One morning they sewed a button back onto my son’s shirt, and Christine booked us a trip to Halong Bay that included private transport. It made a real difference. The rooms are clean and have a lot of character. The streaming boxes were a nice touch, and the AC was quiet and worked well. Breakfast was great, and the SkyBar was a good way to end the day. There’s also a pool and gym on the 7th floor, and the pool was refreshing. We’ll be back."

"We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Dolce by Wyndham and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. From the moment we arrived, the hotel made us feel welcome with a personalized message in our room, which was a thoughtful and warm gesture. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and cozy, making it easy to relax after a day out. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, efficient, and completely hassle-free. The hotel is conveniently located close to shops and restaurants, which made getting around and finding dining options very easy. We also enjoyed the lake view. Although the lake is relatively small, it still provides a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. The only suggestion we have for the management would be to offer more vegetarian food options, as the current selection is somewhat limited. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would happily recommend Dolce by Wyndham to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place to stay."
