Located 30 steps up on the top floor, guests can enjoy a balcony, kitchen stocked with cookware, and cozy gas fireplace. This condo sleeps up to 6, with a King bed in the bedroom and a queen bed and sleeper sofa in the living room. Guests get access to an HOA-maintained pool as well as commercial grade Wi-Fi. The property also features an easy staircase down to the beach and is in the heart of town.

The Space:
315 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned family condo with stunning ocean views. Located 30 steps up on the top floor, guests can enjoy a balcony, kitchen stocked with cookware, and cozy gas fireplace. This condo sleeps up to 6, with a King bed in the bedroom and a queen bed and sleeper sofa in the living room. Guests get access to an HOA-maintained pool as well as commercial grade Wi-Fi. Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 28 steps required to access the unit.

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.
