Came across the Kootenai Falls stop on the way home from a road trip. Hit it early in the morning so there were only a handful of people. A very easy hike. We stopped the end of May so the water was rushing through. Here in BC there are fences all around edges of cliffs and water. Here there was nothing so you could really enjoy the raw beauty of Mother Nature.

“Whitefish did not disappoint. We loved that the condo is ski in and ski out. Clean, lots of extra towels and supplies. Three levels which allowed for private spaces. The hot tub is great, shared amongst the 6 condos but quiet and well kept. Bedrooms were spacious with lots of extra pillows and blankets. We loved the real fireplace, plenty of firewood was available. The only con for us is that we took the train so we didn’t have a vehicle so hauling our luggage and food to and from the shuttle……

“We had a long drive and were greeted by a message from the host saying the property was ready and we could check in whenever! Which was amazing. We could unload and go explore early if we wanted. The house was clean and stocked with everything you need. Hot tub was clean and so relaxing after a day of hiking! Access to Big Mountain is perfect to walk where you need to hit the mountain but quiet in your own space. We will definitely be back! ”

“The condo was excellent. We stayed here to visit Glacier and were very pleased with it. The only downside during our visit was the construction going on. One of the mornings they decided to start around 6:00 a.m. with moving equipment around. Nothing the owner or property can do about that. Given the rental was less than several of the hotel rooms around I would consider it a great bargain. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.”

“Rose’s place was phenomenal. She took extra care with the little extras I wasn’t expecting. Like toiletries and coffee! The kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Oh and that couch! I’m looking to purchase one for my own house. And who doesn’t LOVE a good throw! Rose was fantastic at communicating with me. I brought my daughter on a surprise 18th birthday trip. This place made it even more special! ”
