Winery stop over
I'll give 5 stars because the property doesn't really deserve to be dinged, but a couple of things were less than ideal. This unit did not have much privacy between the bathroom and the rest of the unit. It was open, with just a divider wall behind the bed separating the bathroom from the rest of the unit. And there was no door for the toilet, just a shower curtain. So, if you're not REAL close to the person you are staying with, not ideal... The room was very clean and everything worked well. Nice grounds.

The “Studio Villa” was nice but not great. I wouldn’t rent Villa # 2 again. My Family was next door in # 1 and theirs was spacious and very comfortable Pro”s: Great Shower. Great AC. Double sinks. Con’s: No door on the toilet. A curtain instead of a door and it touches you while pulled. Only 2 hangers. Bed is too soft but everyone has different tastes. They say they have WiFi but it’s spotty at best.

Nice little find
Enjoyed our stay at the winery. The property was very cool. Had a great time on Friday when the winery was hopping although the designated parking (marked for guest staying in the Villas) was taken when we got back to the property. Unfortunately we missed the cut off for the brickoven pizza. Our room was nice but we did have a couple of issues. 1. No shampoo/conditioner. 2. shower leaked very badly when someone took a shower. The floor was flooded and there was no bath mat. 3. There was only a curtain for privacy for the toilet and it basically sat in your lap. I would just think adding a rail on the ceiling and hanging a sliding door between the shower and the wall by the toilet would easily alleviate that issue. Check in was a bit of a confusion. We booked through VRBO but didn't get our checkin information until after the checkin time. The person at the winery didn't actually have our information other than a unit was booked on the same dates as us. But all in all we got that worked out. We sampled the wine and the charcuterie and it was wonderful. Everybody was very nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect minus one huge flaw
This would be a 10/10 stay if not for one minor fix that caused major discomfort. Beautiful unit at a great winery makes for the perfect weekend getaway. However, our stay was plagued by a ceiling fan that wouldn’t work and it made it unbearable muggy and hot. The AC works but would only cool the unit so much. The ceiling fan is remote controlled and we think the battery to the remote may have been dead. By the time we realized the problem, we could not find anyone on property to help us. It made for a very tough, sweaty night of sleep and we ultimately ended up leaving at 8:30am due to the discomfort even though check out was at 11am. It was great except for that one thing but it was a BIG thing. If your ceiling fan is working, you’ll love it.

Overall this was a decent place to stay. My original room had a problem with the A/C and the remote for the fan and light was missing from the room. The owner called me and moved me to another unit with working air. However, on my second night, there was no running water and when I reached out to the owner, I didn’t get a response. I ended up leaving the property a night early. There was a crew of a few men present working on the property but I was the only resident and it made me feel a bit uneasy. (Perhaps the crew shut off the water during their work? I’ll never know…) The property was nice, but the traffic to get there was significant. Overall, it was just an “ok” experience cut a night short due to no running water.

Weekend getaway
We live in the area and were looking for a place to have a short "staycation" for our anniversary. The villa was lovely - cozy and comfortable - and the property is beautiful. We had a great time listening to the live music, relaxing with some wine, and it felt like we'd traveled much farther from home. Highly recommended!

Fortunata Winery and bungalows are in a quaint setting. You can literally step out your door and be near the tasting room. We enjoyed drinking our wine and partaking of some delicious cheeses and meats on the outside patio. The bungalow was quiet and restful! We enjoyed our stay .

Very cute place
We were never met by anybody to check us in. Because I had family staying there, they showed us how to access the room. The winery is a very nice place. Be prepared for lots of music late into the night as it is a very busy place on weekends.

Cute Little Villa
Cute little Italian style villa just far enough out of town for quiet and privacy. Very clean and nicely decorated. We had dinner at the winery and the food was delicious. We will definitely stay again.

Peaceful Getaway near the city
Overall my stay was absolutely tranquil. The property looks exactly like the photos. I was the only person on this large property so it was a bit scary at first but once I got over the fear I was able to relax. I was unaware that it was a winery that is closed on Monday thru Wednesday which was my entire stay. Nonetheless I had a wonderful stay and plan on taking the trip to the winery on a weekend for the full experience.
