"An excellent vacation rental! Super clean, tastefully decorated, many thoughtful touches like fully equipped kitchen, paper products, etc. Even wine & chocolates! The sauna was a great touch, as well as the comfortable outdoor spaces. We love to explore Leelanau, but it as hard to leave the comfort of the home. Tom & Diane were quick to respond to our questions & were fantastic hosts! "

"Very easy check in with any questions addressed immediately by owner. We adapted as needed with no problems. Convenient, modern appliances in spacious kitchen. (Needs a coffee grinder but that’s it!) Loved double oven and multi-burner gas cooktop. Propane grill on patio dining area was a great addition for feeding our large family. Great for multiple cooks."

"The was house was fabulous! The kitchen was wonderful, lots of glasses, silverware, and great pots and pans. The loft made it easy for young adults to go and watch tv. The weather was a little disappointing because of the smoke and haze from Canada. We did have the first two days of beautiful blue views."

"Location, location, location! The site on Lake Michigan is fantastic and the close proximity to Leland, Suttons Bay and Glen Arbor creates a multitude of fun activities. The large bedrooms and five full baths made this house a perfect fit for our family of nine adults and two teens."

"Exceptional property with functional and high end finishes. Well Manicured Forest canopy provides unequivocally view of good harbor bay. Owner incredibly friendly, accommodating and professional. We’ve been renting in Glen Arbor area for 5th year in a row and will be considering renting here next summer. "

"The older house was hotter than expected… fans worked some. mooring for boat not strong enough but boat people brought another anchor which worked great. The deck was very rough and one child stepped on an nail sticking out… deck definitely needs some attention rest all good!"

"Our family of 7 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 infant stayed for a week. There was plenty of space for all of us. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom. Great location for what we wanted to do. Near hiking trails, beaches, and various towns. About 30 minutes out of Traverse, which was fine for us. It was quiet and the people you met there were friendly. Highly recommend staying here on your next trip!"

"We had a great time staying at the Irwin CottageThere were 8 of us total 4 adults and 4 kids between the ages of 7-11Enough space inside for all of us and there were 2 living areas so the kids could be away from the adultsThe best place was outside by the lake, there were enough chairs by the fire pit for all of usThe kids had great time playing the sand and the lake is shallow and sandyThe kids also enjoyed the kayaks and swim platform, they out there most of the tripThe owners needed to remove something from the property and notified first and were nice to respect our stayWe got an opportunity to meet one the owners and Michelle was very nice and brought a bottle of the local wineI would consider this place again if staying in that area again"

"The home was clean, attractively decorated, and comfortable for two people. It is also convenient to Sleeping Bear Dunes, numerous wineries, Traverse City, and other areas and attractions. Our only negatives would be the mattress has low spots, making it uncomfortable, and the afternoon sun comes through the sheer living room curtains causing a glare on the TV we're seeing it very difficult to see late afternoon until about 8-8:30 pm. "

"From the cabin to the lake to the location everything was perfect! We hit the dunes, enjoyed the row boat on the lake, hung out in Glen Arbor. The cabin had eberything we needed for the 3 day weekend getaway. Would 10/10 recommend!"
