“Heat did not work. Condo was very cold. Host provided space heaters but we could not run them all as it tripped the breakers each time. Host had no solution for this. No compensation was offered, other than 5 hours before check in the host told me I could find somewhere else to stay and he would refund me. Obviously finding somewhere else to stay with 5 hours notice for a family vacation was not an option. Bathroom was dirty. Mold and mildew on the shower curtain, baseboards covered in dust and……

“Location was great! Cold breeze in living room, die to sealing slider being broke, freezer and microwave was not cleaned out. Toaster had dried food in it. Keriug over was filled with coffee. Comforter has major pilling on it. Kitchen cabinets are very unorganized and things just tossed in for passing pans subs. Silverware drawer has lots of crumbs and very dirty in that area. bathroom outlets did not work at all and I dropped something behind the cabinet in the bathroom and it is very dirty……
