“From booking, checking in and throughout our stay communication was excellent. The owner has gone above and beyond to making our stay home from home. “We absolutely loved our stay at this charming apartment on the Orme hillside. The location was ideal—just far enough up the hill to feel peaceful and quiet, but still within easy walking distance to town, the promenade, and the Great Orme trails. “I stayed at this property for one week in mid-October 2024 and was fully satisfied with my stay. I was first struck on entering by its cleanliness - the condition was immaculate. “The apartment is really well appointed and very clean. The view of the Conway hills from the patio is amazing. The furniture is in very good condition and very comfortable . I couldn’t really find any fault at all. Will be returning. ”

“Maesdu Cottage was an excellent base for us, a grandson and our great granddaughter. Lovely to find games, books and a superb TV set up as well as nice bedrooms for us all. The only minus point I found was the height of the mirrors - especially the one in the bathroom! Unless you are over 5’8” you can’t see yourself as it’s positioned so high up! Other than that everything was great. ”

“My family had a great time at the Glain Orme. It was my husband, three children (ages 6,8,10), my mother-in-law and her friend. Due to pet restrictions, my father-in-law had to stay at the Grand Hotel with the dog. Overall our stay was excellent, and the accommodations were great. Apart from thinking there was a dryer on the premise (it was printed in the house book but not on the website) and the cable TV not working, we had a blast. “I had a great time at Sandy Shell Cottage. The owner is very kind and communicative. The cottage is very central for Conwy but tucked away on a quiet street. Immaculately cleaned cottage. Well heated in winter. Strong shower. Very large comfortable bed. Lovely welcome items too. I would definitely return. ”

"Location is perfect, facing the sea and we need only 1 minute to walk to the beach. I visited in mid-May, when the hotel was undergoing maintenance which was unexpected and left me certain disappointments. However, the rest experiences were in contrast and exceeded my normal expectation to a hotel. It did great in 3 very important basic things of a hotel, which are strong and hot shower, comfortable bed and pillow, and strong hair dryer (all were even better than most 5 stars hotels I have visited). Services also excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the waiter of the restaurant who was enthusiastic and sincere. Restaurant food was great and price was reasonably low. Carpet of the room was a bit old which was the only thing I did mind a bit. Will definitely visit again."
