“Great welcome to the property and given advice on offers of where to eat. Room was spacious, outlook was onto car park but we don’t spend much time in there and hadn’t booked a sea view so that was fine. We were given a pass for parking. Short walk to theatre. Nathan is a lovely host, couldn’t have been made more welcome. Well done to him running the B & B on his own.”

“Location is perfect, facing the sea and we need only 1 minute to walk to the beach. I visited in mid-May, when the hotel was undergoing maintenance which was unexpected and left me certain disappointments. However, the rest experiences were in contrast and exceeded my normal expectation to a hotel. It did great in 3 very important basic things of a hotel, which are strong and hot shower, comfortable bed and pillow, and strong hair dryer (all were even better than most 5 stars hotels I have……

“I didn't have a beach view from my room. But the property is just across the street from the beach. The amenities are basic but the staff are excellent. Will highly recommend for the staff are friendly!”

We had breakfast and dinner there during our stay. This hotel really left us a very warming feeling and happy memory from Wales. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit. ”

“A very nice guest house in a perfect location for the beach front, town centre & local amenities. My room was very pleasant with a comfortable double bed. There was tea, coffee, hot chocolate, bottled water, chocolates & biscuits also provided. The staff were very friendly, particularly Sue, the landlady, who was there to welcome me upon my arrival. Breakfast was delicious & cooked to order. I would definitely book again on a future visit. ”

“Double room with nice views of the sea and Little Orme. We’ve stayed here a few times, and recommend booking a sea or Orme view at the front. Bathroom was small, and with a shower over the bath. Would prefer walk in shower as my 81 year old hubby has recently had an artificial knee. Nice selection of shampoos, conditioners etc. Breakfast and dinner were very nice, with the usual menu of a J W Lees pub/hotel. Plenty of parking…just make sure you fill in your registration details at……

“客戶尚算整潔，職員很友善。酒店外牆裝修中，但沒有噪音。但從酒店的停車場進入酒店是沒有電梯，需要拎行李行樓梯到接待處。注意酒店的電梯同一時間只限2人進入使用。”

“Tatty and in poor condition, awful place. We checked into room 210 this weekend, the shower does not work, just the bath taps. Bathroom dated and very tatty. Bedroom the same, cracked paint, unsafe electrical switches, one mug for 2 people to share. A truly awful place. ”
