“Location is perfect, facing the sea and we need only 1 minute to walk to the beach. I visited in mid-May, when the hotel was undergoing maintenance which was unexpected and left me certain disappointments. However, the rest experiences were in contrast and exceeded my normal expectation to a hotel. It did great in 3 very important basic things of a hotel, which are strong and hot shower, comfortable bed and pillow, and strong hair dryer (all were even better than most 5 stars hotels I have……

“The staffs are extremely nice and friendly. Thank you Josh for help us out. The room is clean and we particularly appreciate wooden floor. The food are amazing. We had breakfast and dinner there during our stay. This hotel really left us a very warming feeling and happy memory from Wales. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit. ”

“Lovely room. Splashed out on a sea view room, which we really enjoyed. Bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast almost beat me! Veggie sausages were available on request. Great start to the day.

“The room was amazing with the fabulous view of the sea, great to hear the crashing waves in a morning!
What we like about the "Imperial" is the warm welcome we always get, the friendliness & helpfulness of the staff is the best. What we like is that some members of staff have been there for a long time & nothing is too much trouble for them!
