“We all enjoyed our stay this past weekend ”

“Very relaxing stay. I was looking for someplace out of town but close to town to recharge a bit. This cabin was fantastic. Absolutely loved the big window that made to back walk & the view of oak trees & wildlife. The only minor issue (for me) was that the hot tub appeared dirty as was the back deck area - which I guess was understandable because of the tremendous rain in the area. Overall a nice visit. ”

“Well-maintained quaint cabin with all the necessities fully stocked. A perfect place for a family. My kids loved the hot tub, pool access, and had so much fun on the kayaks. The owner is so thoughtful and considerate and checks-in often to see if anything is needed. She is so attentive to detail and really makes the stay worry free. The area is serene and very peaceful. I would highly recommend this stay for your next trip!”

“What is there not to say… this was my first time renting a cabin for the weekend and FCM made me feel at ease. The communication and the quick responses were top notch. I was amazed by the cabin and the cleanliness and the amenities offered. The view was amazing and enjoyed the animals and wildlife. I would definitely stay there again!”

“Very nice cabin with all the amenities needed and a large porch with a clear view of Enchanted Rock. Wonderful dark skies for stargazing and meteor showers. Hummingbirds were active (up to six at one time), deer, and jackrabbits. Coyotes howling, Screech owls, birds, cattle. Wonderful sunrises.”

“We were on our way to a wedding on the weekend in Granbury and decided to stop in Fredericksburg for two nights. This is our fourth stay in Fredericksburg and 10th in the hill country and this was one of our favorite accommodations. The kitchen and living areas were quite large for the studio style set up ( the bedroom is not completely separate). The kitchen was also well equipped which isn’t always the case. And the hot tub was truly private inside a fenced area just off the kitchen. It……

“The stay was nice. Very clean. No parking issues, no loud dogs. Very quiet. ”

“We had a great visit. When we pulled up to the house, there were 2 deer across the creek. It looked staged, we joked that the deer had rehearsed. The patio area is beautiful and a nice spot to hang out. Our daughters enjoyed catching small fish and lightning bugs. We also enjoyed driving on the trails. ”

“The house was amazing and very well put together and the view from the back porch was very pretty with the river in the background. We loved how close it was to the town and all the wineries. Would highly recommend staying here. ”

“Loved the cottage and all the artifacts. Comfortable bed. The area was serene and peaceful; very nice sitting on the back porch in the evening watching the sunset and hummingbirds.”
