The biggest issue I faced was at checkout when 4-5 staff descended on the room to 'check' it and a couple minutes later a young man came out waving the white bed-sheet showing me a blue marker stain! I travel a lot and I don't remember ever taking a marker to bed! They were trying to extract an extorted 'tip' I guess because as soon as I took a serious tone with the man at the desk and mentioned I will recount all this in a review, they started apologizing for the 'confusion.' Also, there was another room next to mine near the entrance lobby and there was a couple staying there. I could hear them talk late into the night, the soundproofing leaves much to be desired."
