"We stayed here during or semi-annual mountain biking trip to NW Arkansas. Place was VERY nice and it fit our groups needs nicely with a large number of beds and bathrooms. Beautiful location and lots of space. Highly recommend it. "

"James and Jae are great people! Amazing view of Lake Ann! Clean, everything we needed! Peaceful, quiet, while sitting on the dock watching birds and fish jump! Hiking trails that were close by are great! It’s nice to unplug from the day to day and get some R&R! Wish we could have stayed longer! "

"We loved our long, peaceful weekend. The house and lake are beautiful. We enjoyed kayaking and fishing. The fire pit is in a cute little nook on the bank. The darts and pool table were so fun. We highly recommend this home! "
